Christina Hepburn: Watercolor Artist

Primarily self-taught, Christina Hepburn is an Active Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. Her work is displayed in collections worldwide including being gifted by the Federal Government Of Canada and owned by several private collectors.

She woke up one morning with an overwhelming urge to paint watercolors. It was clear as a bell this one-day and she thought, perhaps, she was meant to paint. It started with the artist taking photographs while being aware of composition and artistic expression. Christina’s appreciation of beauty and consciousness in spiritual evolvement is what guides her brush.

Raised in Vancouver, BC, Christina Hepburn has been a Real Estate Agent for 14 years and her husband Tony is her partner. As a husband and wife team, they have sold real estate all over Greater Vancouver and have loved every minute. Today, she organizes her time in order to continue selling real estate as well as painting. She has traveled the globe and has cherished the precious moments spent in meditation and stillness honoring the spiritual being within. She believes that the most truthful contribution is sharing oneself with the world.

Christina’s paintings express her love of British Columbia’s west coast, the tropics, the ocean, & most recently of Europe. She is inspired by images that make one stop and experience the bliss of "being in the moment" where no words are needed to express the all-encompassing feeling. Christina’s work represents actual moments in her life where she has felt divinely connected.

”It has been a wonderful journey in finding my voice as an artist,” Christina says; “Art is self-expression to me. It reveals who we are. Not all want to be so self-exposed.” Always coming from a place of peace and beauty, Christina is grateful to the One who always guides her hand.
